Why is your shop in English?
Although I’m Norwegian and most of my customers are from Norway, I want global visitors to feel invited when exploring my shop. Feel free to contact me in either Norwegian or English.
Can you remake a specific set, or make custom dice?
Yes, I can! I have a listing for custom sets, which you can check out here. If you are unsure, you can always contact me via my contact form or message me on Instagram.
I found you on Etsy! Are you active there?
Yes and no. My Etsy page is still up; however, I removed all the listings for administrative reasons. While you can still send me messages through Etsy, it is easier to reach me via Instagram.
Do items stay reserved while in my cart?
The short answer is no. If you have an item in your cart, it is not guaranteed until you complete the purchase. Additionally, due to Quickbutik's restrictions, there is no option to recover a lost cart.
Do you ship worldwide?
I currently ship to the following countries:
Please note that shipping outside of Norway may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

Will you provide tracking information on your packages?
Trackable shipping is limited to select countries, which will be indicated with your order. This limitation is imposed by Posten Norge, my chosen postal service. If you think your package is lost, feel free to message me. However, I may be unable to assist you, so I recommend contacting your postal office first.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer returns or refunds.
Do your dice come with a dice bag?
My dice do not automatically come with a dice bag; however, you may add one to your order here. Don't worry, your dice are securely wrapped in tissue paper and nestled inside an envelope with bubble wrap to ensure their safety during shipping.
Do you have any advice for dice care?
I advise rolling your custom dice on a soft tray while in use and keeping them out of sunlight when in storage. Avoid harsh cleaners that may affect the inking when cleaning your dice and use a soft cloth.
Why do handmade dice cost more than regular dice?
Handmade dice are crafted carefully by hand. This involves many behind-the-scenes processes, such as mixing the resin, pouring, curing, sanding, inking, and polishing. This takes time, and each step is done with care to ensure that every die is unique and up to standard. Additionally, the materials used in dice-making are expensive. I use high-quality resin to ensure consistent, perfect results.
Are your dice balanced?
While I thoroughly check the dice during sanding and polishing to ensure that all sides are equal and balanced for casual play, the truth is that only casino-graded dice are truly balanced. This applies to both handmade and manufactured dice, so unless you are at a casino, handmade dice are perfectly balanced for roleplaying games.
